Senior Flight Instructor
Description

We are looking for airplane Flight Instructor (FI-A) candidates within the assigned EASA flight program. The candidate should be able to instruct pilots in single-engine and multi-engine aircraft and in instrumental and visual flights.

Responsibilities

• Accomplishment of flight training in accordance with the EASA course

• Ability to administer the training of the students plan and schedules

• Keep accurate records in the logbooks of assigned students

• Follow the BFS policy regarding the control and identification of the students who have to pass to the Review Board

• Ensure that assigned students are scheduled for competence checks properly

• Ensure that the weekly activity availability sheet is completed properly

• Maintain validity in all procedures and regulations

• Report to the programmer the assignment of students that don’t follow the stipulated standards

• Maintain a minimum approval rate of 80% in the final and regular verifications

• Other duties, responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the CFI

Qualifications

• Current EASA Commercial Pilot License CPL (A) or ATPL (A)

• Flight skills in MEP (land), SEP (land) and IR (A)

• Instructor skills in FI(A) for PPL-CPL-SEP-MEP-IR-NIGHT and CRI

• Knowledge of the EASA rules and of the Policies and Procedures of the company

• Class 1 medical

• ICAO level 4, preferred ICAO level 5

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast and noisy environment
